The terms governing your use of IONATE's website and publicly available services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Ionate, Inc. ("IONATE", "we", "us", or "our"), including ionate.io, ionate.ai, and mirastudio.ai (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to the public website only. Use of IONATE's commercial software products is governed by separate licensing agreements.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names (IONATE™ APPDATE, IONATE™ SOTERIA, IONATE™ KÍRKĒ, IONATE™ MENTIVE, IONATE™ CRYPTOID, IONATE™ KUBERNETES, IONATE™ POWERON, MIRA Codex Studio), images, and software — is the exclusive property of Ionate, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
3. Trademarks
IONATE™, the IONATE logo, and all product names listed above are trademarks or registered trademarks of Ionate, Inc. Other trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants any license to use our trademarks.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IONATE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public.
